- Marketing Collateral packages sent out to 29 residential prospects.
- Informational event to be held for prospects in mid-May.
- Ads in local newspapers to coincide with first Informational meeting.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:
- Underground plumbing is 100% complete
- Underground electrical is 50% complete. Anticipated 100% completion by April 30th.
- Framing is 25% complete
Next 2 weeks:
- Pour underground garage slab week of May 6th.
- Framing continues with anticipated completion in July.
