The project team — which includes Premier Development Corp. LLC and a subsidiary of Preservation Housing Trust of Minnesota — plans to demolish the vacant church at Washburn and Lowry Avenues North to make way for a new six-story building.
City Planning Commission unanimously approved the 60 unit project on the former Church property.
