I am excited to share a couple staffing announcements from the Property Management Department!
Director of Property Management
This past week, we have added three new properties in Iowa to the Premier Portfolio – Pinnacle Apartments in Boone, Iowa and Emerson Place/Whittier Square and Heritage Homes in Waterloo, Iowa! With this addition comes the expansion of a Regional Manager in Iowa.
Sandra Sechler is our new Regional Manager based out of Davenport, Iowa. Prior to joining Premier, Sandra was a Regional Manager with California Commercial Investments (CCI) overseeing Section 8 properties spread throughout the Des Moines, Storm Lake, and Milwaukee areas. When she’s not at work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and reading. Welcome to Premier, Sandra!
Dillon Evans is our Property Manager overseeing Heritage Homes and Emerson/Whittier in Waterloo, Iowa. Dillion started in Maintenance at those properties and worked his way up to Property Manager. In his free time, you’ll likely catch him in his shop fixing something. Welcome to Premier, Dillon!
Todd McGrath is the Maintenance Technician at Heritage Homes and Emerson/Whittier in Waterloo, Iowa. Todd is HVAC Certified. Outside of work, Todd spends time outdoors and often makes trips to Montana, where he is a hunting guide. Welcome to Premier, Todd!
Tyrone Bell is a Maintenance Technician at Heritage Homes and Emerson/Whittier in Waterloo, Iowa. Most recently, Tyrone worked for Knudson Management and was brought on full time when Heritage acquired Emerson/Whittier. He enjoys spending free time with his family and friends. Welcome to Premier, Tyrone!
Sophia Mays is the Caretaker at Heritage Homes and Emerson/Whittier in Waterloo, Iowa. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and reading. Welcome to Premier, Sophia!
We also have a couple promotions to celebrate this past week!
Becca Swenson has been promoted to from Senior Property Manager to Assistant Regional Manager. Previously, she was overseeing Meadowview (Hibbing) and Lenox Place (Duluth), but now she will be assisting with all properties within my portfolio. Becca’s greatest strengths are her ability to resolve tenant issues and her knowledge of our policies and procedures. I am looking forward to Becca being a resource for the rest of our team. Congrats on the promotion, Becca!
Gretchen Reese has accepted the position of Assistant Property Manager at Plymouth Avenue Townhomes in Minneapolis. Most recently, Gretchen served our tenants as a Service Coordinator at several of our senior properties. Gretchen has shown wonderful customer service and organization skills in her previous role, and I am looking forward to her bringing those strengths to Plymouth. Congrats on the promotion, Gretchen!
