Belle Haven Townhomes

Belle Haven Townhomes offers sober, supportive, permanent family housing.Belle Haven is a multi-unit project consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, which are designated for GRH eligible applicants. Belle Haven includes a community building with a computer lab, a tenant lounge, access to laundry facilities, and a courtyard. Belle Haven also houses Lighthouse Child and Family Services in the administrative building, which offers a range of therapeutic services to families. Belle Haven serves homeless, chronic and long term homeless, economically disadvantaged families who experience a disability. Support services at Belle Haven include family-centered case management, life skills services, tenant-driven activities and council, and access to employment services. The mission of Belle Haven is to provide families safe, sober, affordable housing in combination with support services that will facilitate family stabilization, which includes an increase in skills and income, health and wellness, and housing stability. The entire family is engaged in the program goals and services.
