October Seven Hills Community Update

  • Advertising in area newspapers is now reflecting our move-in date which is coming soon, March 1, 2020.
  • Social Media campaign with specific targeting inside a 15 mile radius, started October 22.  This campaign includes Facebook, Instagram, & Google management.
  • Competitive search engine advertising is projected to start on November 11.
  • Model apartment for prospective residents is planned to be completed for tours prior to Thanksgiving.
  • Executive Director to start mid-November, who along with the Sales Coordinator, will be meeting with residents and families from our qualified prospect list to get commitments.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:
Current Status:

  • Framing is at  98% complete.
  • Plumbing is 90% complete on east half and 20% complete on west half.
    • East:  Finishing water lines on 3rd and 4th floors. 1st and 2nd floor east side framing punch getting ready for rough-in’s.
    • West: Core drilling 1st and 2nd floors.   Residential units and common area plumbing rough-ins on 3rd and 4th floors.
  • HVAC is 45% complete.  Installation of sleeves for unit Magic Pak HVAC in progress.  HVAC shafts are being installed.
  • Electric is 50% complete.
  • Interior Finishes:  Insulation and sheetrock work is ongoing. Unit cabinets, doors and trim have been delivered.

Building Exterior:

  • Brick masonry work is 20% complete.
  • Exterior siding started wk of October 21.

Next two weeks:

  • Roofing started week October 21 and expected to be complete by November 4.
  • Alley Bituminous work to begin week of November 4.
  • Gypcrete being poured on 2nd floor west side.
  • ​Begin installation of finishes on 4th floor east side; painting, flooring and cabinets.
